Builders & Brews was aiming to evolve its event series while continuing to foster a safe, non-judgemental community. Gentle Lion created a strategy to position Builders & Brews as the setting where camaraderie over a few pints leads to endless possibility. Communication was developed to emulate the continual pursuit of connection building with like-minded people in the industry. Additionally, the plan addressed and clarified profitability, social good, expansion and industry education goals.
