Over the past decade, Village has left an indelible mark on the city, becoming a pillar in the community one scoop at a time. The organization was looking to double down and strengthen its practices towards diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability and accessibility. GLC created a community engagement plan that not only ensured all stakeholders were heard, these intricate discussions were then transformed into actionable policies and programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
