The Challenge

Brookwright created an event series, Builders & Brews, but was looking to evolve the brand and grow the community. They needed a clearer strategy to position itself, communicate its values, and address goals around profitability, social good, expansion, and industry education.

Visual Identity by Daughter Creative

Our Solution

We developed a strategy that positioned Builders & Brews as the home of camaraderie and connection in the trades.

We crafted communications that captured the spirit of like-minded people coming together over craft beer, while building a roadmap that addressed the organization's broader growth and impact goals.

Launch Strategy

By creating a new visual identity, we were able to make the brand memorable, along with creating brand messaging that really communicated the purpose and promise.

Execution

Creation of the website and CRM system that engaged community members to purchase tickets.

The results speak for themselves.

Growth across Canada

Events now take place in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto

Sold Out

Every event is sold out, as the database of community members continues to grow
"Lana and her team were instrumental in helping us define and build an audience to help foster collaboration in our industry. They were legit pros and went way beyond strategy and advice...they got right in there and became a valuable part of the community we were trying to build! Couldn't have done it without them!"
Byron Brooks
Founder of Builders & Brews
