We positioned Ketamine as the catalyst for healing rather than the focus, easing audiences into an unfamiliar space and opening the door for those seeking relief from mental health or chronic pain conditions.
We interviewed a variety of stakeholders who were struggling with mental health to provide us with insight into what support they wish they had.
Instead of leaning into a few audience segments, we used the qualities and behaviours of potential patients as the guide post.
